Jainey E. Samuel is an associate at Mason & Mason, P.C.  

Jainey focuses her practice in the areas of landlord/tenant,
real estate litigation and contract litigation.

Jainey graduated magna cum laude from C.W. Post - Long Island
University and earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law.

Before joining our firm, Jainey interned with the United Nations

Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the Hofstra Law

Reform Advocacy Clinic, an insurance defense firm on Wall Street,
and the legal department of a public corporation. She also volunteered as an
advocate for domestic violence victims. Jainey formerly worked as a

community liaison for a New York State Assemblymember.
